Bump as I wait for a response. The fact this bug even exists is tantamount to me never spending another dime guys because it means this could happen AGAIN.

Still waiting for acknowledgement and assistance.
Can I please get some assistance with issue? I would like to go back to ENJOYING the game, not ever being concerned that I can get screwed over with duplicate items that I already possess, ESPECIALLY when it concerns Legendary lootboxes.
Would appreciate transparency from the Apex Support regarding assistance with this. Please help.

Sorry that this got missed. From taking a look this does appear to be a small mixup.
"The Superconductor" is the store recolor for "The Heavy Construct". You should have "The Heavy Construct" if you scroll up on your favourites list, it was unlocked long ago.
On the other hand, I can only see "The Continuum" showing up with that Legendary pack opening.
Just for general info the store skin for "The Continuum" is "Child's Play"
