Re: How to remove an abandonment penalty?

Sorry to hear about this. That penalty will kick in if you leave a ranked match whether that's due to a disconnection or choosing to leave the game early.

The RP loss can definitely be pretty impactful this season in particular, though I'm afraid that is not something that can be returned.

If this is happening on a regular basis, I would definitely suggest going through these connection troubleshooting steps to see if there's any improvement afterwards.

This has happened multiple times in ranked and it’s bs I have zero connection problems any other time but this bug or dodos has taken 100s of rp points this season plus I get a penalty

So its your guys fault we get disconnected and we get punished for it? Nice, sounds about right.

connection issue is from your servers, we should be penalized for it?!

Hi I got abandoned penalty for playing trios & tbh didn’t not know that can happen on trios and also the penalty is 40001 minutes. Please help me get out of this ☹️

a 66 day suspension is not what one receives for abandoning a game. There is another reason for that. Check your e-mails and or account history.
You will need to contact the ToS team about that suspension via EA help.
Here on the forum we cannot assist with suspensions or Bans.
