Hi @Schnitzelsalads. 

It sounds like one of you two might be on a beta version of the Origin client. There was actually a change recently that will temporarily prevent someone on a beta client from being able to see users who are not also using a beta version. After the 30th it should be possible for beta and non-beta players to see each other again, but in the meantime you can opt out of beta clients and restart. That should allow you to see your friends again.

    If you're still not able to see anyone on your Origin friends list can you try clearing out your cache to see if that helps at all? You can find more details on how to clear it over at the EA Help website. 

    Let me know if you're still having any trouble seeing your friends or sending out invites afterward. Thanks!

    What about on a nintendo switch, or Xbox one? How do you fix it for those consoles?

    i cant see my friends on apex legends that are playing from PC but i can see them logged into thier xbox live account. i have cross play enabled but i cant find them on apex it brings up a 403-http search error.
