Hi there! I have the same problem aswell. I do not get any Apex packs from the free battle pass even though it says I am to receive one. I play on Steam and played previously on Origin. Still the same computer and account.

I also have the same issue but with the premium battle pass ☹️
Same here i dont get packs by leveling and the battle pass premium is at 13 and when i close my game i leave loba on my character and when i come to the game its mirage and the skins of my loba and seer they are changed

We were seeing an issue recently that was causing issues with in-game progress not saving, but that should be fixed now.
Have you had the chance to play recently? Are you still having any problems with Battle Pass rewards not coming through, or your in-game changes not saving?
