PS: we have made a bunch of underlying changes that does make it easier to rectify this.

PPS: I do hope to have an update on the mixed up badges from S10 - 14 "soon." I promise we haven't forgotten about it. The lack of comms was the result of me being certain I'd fixed it like four or five times - it always worked internally in testing - and that fix never actually working. And so it just became worse to say "no, really, this time it's fixed..." Ended up doing a whole rewrite of the badge system to help address it. Details to come. Just want to get the season launch squared away. I know y'all have been super patient on that one. And it's very much appreciated."

Hope we'll have a fix soon. I'll keep you updated in case.

    @EA_David I'll give my feedback here:

    - What does the stats screen show for split 1: Diamond 3 (reached Master)

    - What does the stats screen show for split 2: Diamond 3

    I got the diamond rewards, even if I reached the Master in Split 1.

    After season 17 started I went to find my diamond rewards and I didn't have them. I grinded to diamond for ranked season 16 split 2 but did not receive credit for it. When I look at the split ranks, split 1 shows Plat 2 which is correct but split 2 shows rookie 4 which is wrong. I spent a lot of time and effort to get into diamond and it is frustrating to not receive the proper rewards. I can't see myself playing anymore if I keep putting time and effort into the game but don't get the rewards I earned.

    The stats page is showing my split 1 rank as Diamond 1, although I reached master. 

    Attached some proof.

    Greatly appreachiated

    The issue affected me aswell so heres another example.

    Split 1 I hit diamond 4

    Split 2 I hit diamond 3

    In my stats page it claims I only hit plat 1 during split 1. Split 2 is correct.  I also recieved the correct rewards except for the animated badge as it claims I only hit diamond in one split of season 16

    my only screenshot of hitting diamond in split 1 is with gyazo, it also has a timestamp if it helps.

    Thank you for looking into this issue I had the same problems:

    first split: plat 2 

    second split: Diam 3

    But in season 16 I got:

    first split: masters

    second split diam 3 

    The game registered correctly my second split but not the first so I didn t receive the masters rewards

    here s proof that I got masters in season 16:

    Split 1 - apex predator
