Re: Logitech G Hub + Apex Legends Issues

There are a few settings to try that could help.

If you press the win key and type sound and click sound settings then go to sound control panel.

Select your output device then go to properties.

Note: some of these tabs may not exsist for some audio devices

1.In Enhancement tab try ticking the virtual Surround and apply then see if this helps.

2.In Advanced tab toggle the Exclusive mode and apply then test. (this setting enables apps to control certain volume functions and disabling or enabling it may help)

3.In spacial sound tab see if changing these settings helps.

Sometimes the system audio settings are not set for you device and changing them here should work.

Unfortunately there's none of those options available for me as the G430 uses it's own software for surround sound, equalizers, setting etc - this issue is only prevalent when I install logitech G hub to use mouse customization features.

It's not just myself with this issue either, friends and family who also have logitech headsets have noticed this too, uninstalling G hub seems to be the only solution so far for me but for friends/family they cannot do this as their headsets aren't supported by the older logitech gaming software.

Some friends have noticed the same issue with their razer 7.1 headsets too as have multiple twitch streamers.

Cheers Tibber, I've tried to do just that but their website is a mess and the post will not submit and I cannot contact them directly without the website popping up with lots of errors..

  • You can try going to the website through another web browser just incase its a broswer issue.
