That's rather odd indeed. So odd that my first instinct is to run a malware scan on your system.

If that finds and addresses the problem, then great.

If it doesn't, i'm very curious. If you go to the Audio settings and adjust the lobby music slider, does that lower or raise the trailer music? Are you able to identify the product the trailer is for?
  • @EA_DavidI have already tested everything, enabled malware (quick scan completed without finding any threat), set audio to 0 (music was still playing) and ran the trouble shooting 3 times via Steam and still nothing has changed. I even deleted some data from the audio folder and checked again, but even after downloading the data, the problem is not fixed.

I even tried playing the game without audio, but even that didn't seem possible since I couldn't even disable that music in the background, let alone turn it down. I therefore have to disable or mute every audio channel so I don't get ear cancer, it's that loud. ☹️

PS: The bug is only on STEAM and on Origin everything is working fine even though I can't change the language to English.

Thanks, that's so strange. Do you have anything within your Steam Properties > Launch Options for the game?

If you swap the game to windowed and open the Volume mixer, does it show the sound coming from the game app or another one?

To open the volume mixer right-click the speaker item in the tray at the bottom right of your desktop, then choose the Open Volume Mixer button.

Here you can adjust relative volumes per active program, and it can also be used to track down a problematic audio output.
  • i found to resolve this problem!!

Its not a problem from Apex but Steam who open windows in back screen!

Clic SHIFT + TAB and close Steam windows and its ok!

I had a similar bug where the WebHelper was making sounds when I opened a video game. I tried opening the Steam window with Shift + Tab, and to my surprise, about eight windows from a Steam game's page appeared. The sound I was hearing was actually from the first video on one of those windows. I was able to close them from there and the issue was resolved.
