Re: Not counting wins and matches on Nintendo Switch

I appreciate that you reported this glitch, i really want it to stop, the + and - trick worked for me in the past but i just won an arenas game with 3000 damage and i didn't get my XP, and getting to the menu and starting the game again didn't work. I'm sick of this glitch, and they are right, this happens on other platforms as well, i saw some Xbox and PC guys complaining about this as well. The real question is, if this happens across all platforms, why haven't Respawn fixed it yet?

    @SmilingShadow900 I’m wondering if maybe a lot of people aren’t reporting it? I know Switch players have been vocal but I can’t speak for the other platforms - I don’t (personally) know anyone on those platforms who have experienced it.

    We can complain all day but if we don’t report it, they can come back and say they were unaware I would imagine. Maybe people aren’t taking the extra step?

    The Switch is probably a smaller player base so maybe making sure it’s stable isn’t at the forefront, but if it’s happening on other platforms and they still aren’t addressing it - that’s jacked up. I agree though it’s bad enough it’s happening on one platform but if it’s happening across all of them we should have heard something by now, you would think. Or it would be fixed.

    We need some high ranked players reporting Masters/Preds seem to get things done. They always listen to them. Something wrong with ranked? Fixed ASAP. Ranked or the store and it’s communicated on and fixed as quick as they possibly can do it. Sorry if I sound a bit jaded. I’m just tired and want to enjoy my game. 💀

    That's exactly what i think and feel, but how can we talk to the big content creators so they spread the word?

    @SmilingShadow900Honestly I have no idea. I’d probably start with getting the general community involved if possible. Maybe someone make a discussion on the subreddit. I know the devs are pretty active there and at least read up on stuff. We have a massive range of player types who frequent it. Streamers, youtubers, casuals, hardcore ranked players. It’s our melting pot. From there you can gather user experience across all platforms at least. Who knows - maybe if we were to cause a big enough stink it would make Respawn and co. A bit more forthcoming? If there’s one thing that subreddit likes it’s voicing its opinion and holding Respawn accountable when they need to be. 

    I’m not sure how to approach specific content creators - because to me I feel like unless it is something they’ve dealt with while they might empathize with us, but not enough to use their platform to bring attention to it you know? It’s tricky. I wish I had better suggestions for this.

    I talked to my boyfriend about it and he can’t believe we won’t even get compensation/be retroactively granted our rewards (Badges, stars) and XP for everything we’ve lost and missed out on due to errors.

    My boyfriend: Oh people are taking screenshots? At least they can prove they did it, so they can get their badges and such later.
    Me: Yeah actually…no. We cannot and will not be compensated for any ‘losses’. At the end of the day we won’t get anything.

    My boyfriend proceeded to look at me like I was crazy and ask WTF?

    so the trick was working for a while and I got like 6 wins today and I just got one and the trick stoped working I got 200 and some rp  and none of it counted like cmon FIX THIS I CANT GET DIAMOND IF THIS JUST KEEPS ON HAPPENING

    Like I’m probably gonna switch back to fortnite like I’ve been trying to get diamond for a while but I haven’t been able to bc of this bug like I rather just play fortnite honestly

    I reported the bug through EA chat. And I tried posting in the subreddit but unfortunately the switch community seems to be too small for the devs to take it seriously

    @sabrinadias26 I agree wholeheartedly that our community size is part of the problem. We are much smaller, that’s why I suggested the general subreddit. A long concise post explaining our numerous bugs, and relating our user experience in regards to Respawn and Panic Buttons are unresponsiveness.

    We need other people annoyed or angry on our behalf from other platforms. A general thread would let other people share their experiences as well, even if they aren’t on the Switch. If we can drum up a good discussion on all the ignores bugs and lack of transparency across platforms maybe we can get something. We get to unite under the “why the hell haven’t you fixed this?” Banner, and maybe we get a better shot at getting the attention of someone from the team.

    The other platforms have numerous bugs themselves that Respawn won’t address and just ignores. They may not be Switch users but they’re experiencing the same issues which in theory, could work in our favor.

    It’s happened to me too I’m on PS4 and have probably gained around 400 rp but it doesn’t count it’s so sad because I probably got 2 wins and 20 kills but it never counted I just hope respawn fixes it next update
