Hey there, @KeeFzYz 

Did this just recently start happening? If so, power cycling your equipment may help. Try that with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

If that doesn't help, let me know if you're using a wired or wireless connection and we'll go through some other troubleshooting. Thanks!

  • I’ve tried resetting and everything like you mentioned and i am hard wired. I just keep getting code net

    Thanks for letting me know. Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    Try checking your router settings to see if UPnP is enabled. Also in your router settings, see if QoS (Quality of Service) is an option. If it is, enable it and set your console to be prioritized. It would be good to see if there's a firmware update available as well.

  • Has there ever been a solution for this issue? My wife and I love this game. But every time we try to play, the game may last for 30 minutes and we both get kicked.  We've tried everything we can think of. Even had the cable company out to check everything.  Just seems like a server issue. Are the servers still being maintained? Or is it just on auto pilot not being maintained? I understand the game has been through a lot over the years, but it's my wife's favorite game and it is driving her crazy. A little help of answers if you could please

    The servers are still being maintained so that wouldn't be the issue. Did you try what I suggested previously? Thanks!
