What happens when the bug occurs? I win or get second as Bronze I in a ranked trios lobby. I should have received about 500 RP, instead it tells me I'm using 100 points of Tier Demotion Protection and gives me +0 RP. It has happened at least 4 times to me, but only have photos from one instance. I "created a case" with EA help and attached the photo, but it said the case was closed before I received a response or any help.
What should be happening instead? I should have received about 500 RP (about 1,000 over multiple times) and leveled up through Silver
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a ranked lobby and win and see if you get the proper RP. Or just look at my photo.

I have played several games of ranked today and have received/loss 0 rp after 4 games. After the game ends my rp bar doesn't move and the end game screen shows +0 rp. I have tried resetting my game several times but that does not work. When I played yesterday and a bit earlier today this was not an issue.

im also having this bug, every match just got 0 Rp.
how to fix this? now im stuck at silver

What happens when the bug occurs? I was gold 2 at the beginning of this season I load into a match and I’m rookie 3! I had to grind all my xp back yesterday an it took me over 5 hours . Just to be gold 4 now !
What should be happening instead? I should be my normal rank but if I I grinded all that do yesterday I at least want to be high plat or even diamond

I need to be put up into high plat or low diamond . I grinded out over 5000 Rp yesterday to just get gold 4 . I was gold 2 at the beginning of the season . Then it randomly drops me to rookie 3 … I’m in need of some serious compensation. Give me my caustic heirloom , make me p1, or d4 . You chose 

Same thing happened to me 5600 rp gone..

Bro me too this is something else. Give me plat or more I didn’t just get 5600+ taken from me that easily to not be comped.

This issue is still being investigated, no ETA has been released, so we'll have to just wait for a bit longer.

Playing season 16 rank I’m in gold same with my teammates, returning to lobby and my rank was reset to rookie when I’m in gold both teammates still in gold

Season 15 Rank split 2 i was gold 3

Season 16 Rank Bronze 1 (played 3games with + RP) rank reset to rookie 4 happend upon release of season 16

Reginded back to silver 3 15/2/23 played today 16/2/23 played a few games on stream set back to rookie 4 now reginded to bronze 4 again today. 

Both Full reset happend on my stream.
