Re: Xbox Series X, game settings keep resetting

@EA_Atic I am having the same issue of having my setting reset. I have done what you have suggested of power cycling my Xbox and this has not worked. Any other suggestions to help fix this problem?

@EA_Atic I have cleared the local saves and cloud saves. This however hasn't fixed the problem. I also went ahead and uninstall the game to reinstall it. This also did not fix the problem. 

@EA_Atic The patch/Season update did not fix the issue. 

Will there be a patch that actually fixes this, and the game chat issues on Xbox Next Gen? I rather not resort to a factory reset and need to redownload 15+ games with massive file sizes….

I’ve done the cache/local file clear, and power cycle and it still happens. It has been happening since the Next Gen update.

This isn’t an option for most of us that spent hours setting out Xbox up.

This issue is happening across the board with both consoles and PC.

There HAS to be another solution, or a future update coming to help this.  I guarantee someone is going to spend 3-4 hours resetting their Xbox and re-downloading everything, only for it not to solve the settings reset issue.

Tried all the "fixes" suggested and it's still happening, I even reinstalled the game and the settings are still not being saved, so annoying now.
