Reworked lifeline tac wont go on CD or heal

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. has happened multiple times in all areas
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. brought D.O.C drone back to myself as i went down

What happens when the bug occurs? D.O.C will not go on cooldown and will stop healing. Acts as if the drone is still out you can assign it to team mates and call to self but no healing.
What should be happening instead? It should go on CD and heal you and your team.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Call the D.O.C drone to yourself as you go down. I'm not 100% how tight the timing is but it has happened a few times to me in the past.
