Season 9 Battle Pass Reactive Devotion Skins Missing

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the loadout screen
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Played the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? How am I supposed to know?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 22.09.22
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I went into a game, picked up the Devotion and found out my reactive skin had been unequipped. Went to the loadout screen after the match and found out both of my season 9 battlepass reactive devotion skins had magically disappeared from my inventory.
What should be happening instead? I should not be losing my skins which I payed and grinded for in any video game ever. This bug is unacceptable.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me my reactive devotion skins back.

I guess I'll just copy what i said earlier. Lost both season 9 battlepass reactive devotion skins for no apparent reason. Unacceptable.

    Hi there, the skins have been temporarily removed as they were a factor in the PS5 crashes.

    Once this is fixed on our side we will of course make the skins active again.

    Post flagged as Solution to increase visibility, we know the skins aren't usable right now.

    My two reactive skins for the devotion from season 9 are missing from my account. Very upsetting literally my favorite skin in the game for any gun

I picked up a devotion and I realized my reactive skin wasn’t there I had recently updated apex since the collection event came out and it’s missing both reactive skin teirs

    How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
    What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing really I just lost a previous reactive skin for a lmg Devotion I just want it back I didn’t lose any other item from season 9 beside the gun skins both of them
    What should be happening instead? I just want the guns skin back
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can’t attach any pictures but as soon as I got the update I didn’t have my reactive devotion skin and this was games after I checked my locker I just want it back please

    I’ve tried everything to restarting my console uninstalling it waiting a certain amount of minutes or hours  and nothing
