Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Launching the game

What happens when the bug occurs? I launch the game and the EA agreement pops up which I agree to everytime and after that my settings reset and have to update them every time I launch the game.
What should be happening instead? The settings should save
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know just launch the game and the settings aren't saved
Pls fix this is very annoying
If you try changing the settings back is it not saving them when you shut down the game? If that's the case there's probably something that's blocking Apex Legends from writing to the files where it keeps your settings changes.
Please double-check and make sure there's an exception for Apex Legends in your security software. Also, if you're on a Windows admin account try running Apex Legends as and administrator and see if the settings changes are kept afterward.
