Skins missing in BloodHound and Lifeline edition Bundle

I just purchased the BloodHound and Lifeline Edtion bundle, I got the coins but didn't get the skins, any idea why that might have happened?
I'll edit to add that in my account it displays that I have purchased the bundle, but in the origin launcher it does not, I even have a screenshot with the number of the transaction.
