Stat tracker not counting kills or wins (NEW)

Unfortunately we don't really have a way to manually add wins to your account. If this keeps happening could you try grabbing a video? That would be helpful so we can pass this along for a look.

Hi I have good internet and I play on xbox

I got 1 win today and one 10 kill game but I died that round but that win and those 10 kills aren't showing in my stats I need help please and thank you

What happens when the bug occurs? Stats didn't updated for Loba. I've overall 190 kills with her but season 5 kills stats shows 189 which makes no sense at all.
What should be happening instead? The stats should match until the Season ends

What happens when the bug occurs? I unlocked Mirage yesterday. My kill count and season 5 kill count should be the same, but for some reason I lost two kills from my season 5 count. Also, your third load screen has personnel misspelled this season.
What should be happening instead? Correct kill count

What happens when the bug occurs? It does not count match at all, not as a win, nor as any progress on my profile. After match ended, it just loaded lobby, without match summary or bp/profile progress screen.
What should be happening instead? It should be loading the match summary, counting the stats and updating the relevant progress to all entities (wins, assists, kills, challenges, etc)

Two images my friend took are attached, we were together in this match (Duos), proof that match and win happened; he had no issue that I reported and you can use his profile to track exact match that occurred.

Especially after a win, I'd like to have this fixed and retroactively applied on my profile.

I was recently playing Apex and one of my challenges is get 5 kils in a match. A couple days ago I completed this and got 5 kills, however it did not register on the challenge page. I clearly had 5 this game and yet it did not show up for some reason. Has anyone else had this problem too of challenges not being checked off after being completed?

It seems that the end-of-round screen displays the stats of one of the previous matches instead of the latest one.

What happens when the bug occurs? 4 out of 5 games my kills, deaths and damage won't be recorded. Everyone I've played with has this same issue. One game even gave me the wrong stats after. I had 7 kills with 1 death. It gave me 0 kills and 5 deaths.

What happens when the bug occurs? There is a major issue with kill and assist registration in both ranked and in normal. Several friends and even streamers I have seen down and secure kills and assist in a kill within the regulated seconds and neither the kill nor the assist are registered. This is a major issue in Ranked because we are not receiving our points for those kills or assists. I cannot count the number of times I have done 100% damage and secured the kill and the game doesn't register anything.
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving the kill or assist point
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea how the technical aspects of these games work, I believe playing will allow you to see it yourself and watching streamers complain and the general population complain. Some may not even realize its happening. If you ever sat and thought "i swear i got six kills and two assist" yet your sitting there with 4 kills and 1 assist..... i bet this bug has happened to you without you realizing it.
