Stat tracker not counting kills or wins (NEW)

This has happen to me all day, I’m logging off for the tonight I hope they will the solution for this glitch I had won 6 times today wit my buddies and still the same only gotten 50 to 75 xp from those games and not even a speckle of challenges done

In case you haven't seen it, the Apex Legends team has rotated out Second Chance because it was preventing some stats from tracking. The Armor Regen takeover is live now, which should be tracking properly:

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I won the match with my duo partner.

How often does the bug occur? Only a few times

How severe is your issue? Impacts stats and character stats

What happens when the bug occurs? I won a game with 15 kills and 3615 damage. The highest kills and highest damage wasn't added, a win wasn't added and my survival time was 00:00 despite winning.

What should be happening instead? Another win added to the win tracker, 15 kills as highest kills in one game and 3615 damage as highest in one game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? An issue that seemed to be with the beginning of the Second Chance War Games LTM

The highest kills and damage was not recorded, although it doesn't massively affect gameplay or the game for me in the future, it affected my best game stats which is a minor issue but an unfortunate.

I encounter this bug while playing during the first week of the new event, throughout the whole game my kills were never tracked. i can’t recall the amount of kills i had but i can estimate around 12 or 13 kills.

What happens when the bug occurs? Stat counter of weekly task didn't increase hence I have to do it again.
What should be happening instead? Stat counter should have increased giving me stars for completing weekly task.

After the game ended as Campions, my kill count was 1 and had done about 800 sniper damage. Weekly mission counter to completion was to knock 1 enemy with sniper and about 100 sniper damage. Both of these didn't get incremented. Also the Kill count on the legend didn't increase. Now I will have to do the task again which isn't fair.

I play on switch and I’ve gotten a lot of games that have not counted but I don’t really care about those games I mainly care about how I have won games and 7 games of mine that I know I won did not count I have screenshots of every game I have one but I want my kills and wins back

The game didn't record my RP and kills after i won the game in apex ranked mode.
