Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting for a match to load

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play Apex anymore. I can load into the game and then I get stuck at the main menu and it’s like my controller isn’t recognised. I’ve tried, restart the game and PlayStation uninstall the game and then reinstall and it still isn’t working.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to play Apex
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m hoping you can help me play again

I actually went to rebuild the database and then my controller didn't work there either. I had a new controller that I bought a little while ago and that worked fine so it was actually the controller in the end!
Odd that it still worked in the PS main page but no where else.
