Textures bug

Product: Apex Legends

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Just jumped out of the ship
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. This bug occurs everywhere, sometimes in lobby, other times in closed areas when looting/shooting etc, textures break everywhere
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When this bug occurs, different textures get broken, by broken I mean they receive rectangular or triangular shape and they break line of sight, making the game unplayable
What should be happening instead? The textures need to appear normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was just entering the game again so I can see if it will occur AGAIN for the 100th time, I repaired the game every time and still occurs and in the lobby instantly after login this error appeared: https://ibb.co/RBLbQkc

Hello Apex HQ,

Nice to meet you, I was so eager to play Apex normally right after I built my PC recently, I won't discuss specs, since I am attaching DXDiag file to see yourselves, even when streaming APEX my config is not under load, everything is tested even under heavier load games everything on max settings without even dropping a frame. I tried to repair the game multiple times without success. Searched Google for any possible answers but no success, the only thing that I have done additionally is to add Apex exe "re5.exe" I think it was the name I added it to the "High performance" in Windows.

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Hayverov

    What happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? If there's something else running on your PC that could be related to this, that might help to get around it.

    Thank you for reaching back to me, since I was getting desperate not only in finding a solution, however in getting a response as well.

    I tried the clean boot method just now and first game first attempt, this happened - https://ibb.co/Xxf1bWK , this screenshot combines the textures bug and the error I am seeing, both things I have researched within couple of topics, one of which here in the EA community and tried every possible solution without answer, the only 1 thing  I was not able to try was the BIOS rollback since I am running a RYZEN 5600X and it requires the new BIOS to run. As discussed no overclocking, enough fan ventilation, lower temps, I've run benchmarks as well to test it, system tests as well and 0 issues. This issue has started to appear in other games as well, however not as game breaking as this, I am unable to play APEX at all, as in other games simply some textures are being more shadowy than others, which leads me to believe nVidia needs to fix this instead of you the game support.

    I would love to have some more information on why this might be the case, I literally purchased my configuration 1 week ago, with parts some people have seen only in videos and getting issues, try to understand my frustration, I am aware it is not you, it's just "early generation adoption" however any assistance will be greatly appreciated, I love Apex and I am grinding as hell, investing money into it as well, just this kind of issues not only stops me from playing it, it stops me from trying as well.

    Unfortunately it did not help, this issue persists, it is now here with other games as well, tried everything except bios revert, since 5600X ryzen is running on the newest one only.

    Thank you for giving it a shot! Are you launching Apex Legends through Origin, or are you running the game through Steam?

    I guess thank you for getting back to me, like a message from an old lover, waiting forever and telling you she is already taken, I've tried from both, again issues with the "driver_hung" error , please take a look here next time:

    I've tried almost everything, still same issue. I know you are not getting paid to read the frustrated topics/comments of people, however as a customer support myself I understand that sometimes you cannot deal with everything and everyone to assist at the same time.

    I've described everything with every step every bug every screenshot I have.

    Thanks, I appreciate that. The "device hung" errors were something we were seeing for a while earlier this year, but there was a driver update that seemed to help. I'm curious if the new 3000 series GPUs might be running into a similar issue. I'll pass this information along for a look.

    I also noticed from so much crashes that the "textures blurring" and taking all my screen happens ONLY after the error has appeared since the system is booted, I hope this makes sense, like a life cycle, each time the PC is rebooted like it starts a new cycle and each cycle begins after i launch the game, get  2-3 right one after the other errors and then if I am lucky to not be killed play the game and gel blurred textures from a different object each time.
