It's never any certain situation that triggers it like being revived or using an ability then shooting in my experience, and its happened to me with multiple different weapons, certain ones don't affect whether it'll happen or not for me.

I have the same issue, I don't lag or anything but my game had been crashing before. I use any automatic weapons and aim anywhere close to a player or even a bot in the range it just pauses and shoots then pauses and shoots. every so often it just wont shoot at all. literally nothing works, i've looked on reddit and everything too. People have had the issue but I havent seen fixes. no shame to you or them, I just want to play the game.

@EA_Kent also been having the problem on ps5, any automatic gun is usually when it happens. No specific scenario is causing it, for me just happens at random in probably 90% of my gunfights

Hey @EA_Kent, I just started noticing this happening to me about a week ago. It did happen earlier season 13 but now all of a sudden it’s happening very frequently. Does not seem to have any triggers. Just happens at random and it’s insanely infuriating. I’d imagine it may even persist but hoping it won’t with the launch of season 14. I’m on PC through origin. Not sure if it’s a server bug but it doesn’t happen at all in the firing range. I have my drivers all up to date and my mouse is wired so I shouldn’t be having these issues. Doesn’t happen with any other game through origin. I just want to be able to play apex without having to worry about this randomly happening to me and I’m sure other players are in the same boat.

What is happening in-game leading up to this? For instance, is this happening after you're downed and revived, or after you respawn? Does it happen with any weapon, or is it only specific ones?

It's never any certain situation that triggers it like being revived or using an ability then shooting in my experience, and its happened to me with multiple different weapons, certain ones don't affect whether it'll happen or not for me.

@EA_KentI have the same exact issue. Playing on PC(Steam), every legend, automatic guns and maps.

I have reformatted my PC and reinstalled Apex and the same issue still persist
