If you're gonna ban small players for trash talk, cursing and or hateful speech. Then you need too ban all the pro players and content creators because all they do is talk trash and curse about Apex and to other players all the time, if not then unban all the other players cause it's not fair

As far as trash talk and cursing, if that's being said to others in-game, it needs to be reported in-game. If it's simply being said out loud on a stream, you'd need to report that to the streaming platform if you feel it's inappropriate.
