Had some weird stuff happen after a match ended. Called it quits after. When I tried to get back on later, said my account was not permitted. I reset my PS5. I was able to get into apex but was reset from gold 3 to ROOKIE. Seems like there’s ZERO help from EA or Apex.
I had the same problem with my xbox series x. I was diamond and got reset down to rookie with no rp. I just want to know if it will get reset to me having diamond
Same exact thing happened to me, I just wanna know if it's gonna be fixed. I just got back into the game and they are making me lose passion for it immediately. Please Respawn and EA don't be cheap on the game it could be so much more successful for you. Listen to all the pros and famous players they will tell you the same things.
Same thing happened to me went from gold 3 to rookie 4 after this new update on my ps4.
I was on the fence about continuing play. It’s the only game I play with the limited time I have. This doesn’t really help their case.
