Account hacked and banned by cheater

I've had my origin account since Battlefield 3 and played apex since preseason. However I haven't been playing it for the past 1 or 1 and a half years properly and only play it  once in awhile.  Last week I decided to open the game again and to my surprise, it says I have to login again which was never the case (I use steam). I logged into my EA account and it says I'm banned even though I haven't played the game recently at all? So my suspicion is that I was hacked and banned by a cheater as I had my email hacked recently as well. I have over a thousand hours and am around level 600 in game with skins. I've tried contacting EA support and the just said then can't let me know any details besides I'm banned. What do I do?

Before doing anything related to the account action, let's first make sure your account is properly re-secured and not accessible by  hackers anymore.
More information on how to do so can be found in this EA Help article: [EA Help] What to do if your EA Account has been hacked

Be sure to also remove any trusted devices that aren't yours from this page: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index
This will forcefully log out those devices, so any bad actors will be booted from your account. (Make sure to also change your password!)

If one of your platform accounts has been compromised then you would need to follow the steps mentioned on the sites of these platforms.

Here are some guides from these platforms that might be of help:

Here is some extra information that might be of help to you:

Check if your login credentials have been breached

It's not uncommon for sites to have their databases breached, any site from Facebook up to a small blog site can have all the data on their databases leaked.
If you re-use your password between different platforms (Which you shouldn't) then it's quite likely that your login information is already out on the internet for anyone to use.

You can check whether or not your email/passwords have been breached on this site: https://haveibeenpwned.com

(Keep in mind that this site does not have data from every breach, so this site will not be 100% accurate, so make sure to practice proper account security!)

Additional tips and information related to account security can be found in the Monthly AHQ Online Security Newsletter, which you can find here: EA Forums Info Hub | EA Forums

Once that's been done, let's go back to the main topic of your banned account

First off, I'll have to let you know that nothing can be done about it on these forums specifically, the only ones to help you with it is EA Support.

They will not be able to provide a specific reason to what kind of cheat got you banned for security reasons, hence why it's non-specific and just for "cheating"

All you can do is contact them with the help of this Support Page: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
Make sure to make it clear that your account was compromised, and they might be able to help you out. Though keep in mind you can dispute the ban up to 3 times, any more disputes will be ignored from what I've heard.

Though keep in mind that it's entirely possible that they won't reverse the account action they've taken against you. Users are responsible for their accounts and are expected to practice proper account security. Because if they don't, there will be a lot of people running around with hacked accounts, and that's something they would likely want to avoid.

Hello, I have already changed email and secured my account.  I've messaged them multiple times and they just turn down the request immediately without further communication which is kind of frustrating.

In that case (Assuming you've gone over the max of 3 disputes), there sadly isn't anything that can be done to overturn the decision that was made. They've looked into it multiple times and decided that their action was correct, from that point on it's a permanent decision as far I'm aware.
