Account issues/reset..Help?

Playing on Xbox series x my Xbox account shows I have 19 days played, game achievements 100%, I had in game currency as well as almost all the operators unlocked in apex legends but got onto apex today and it’s like my accounts been completely reset..no in game currency,no operators, no nothing…any help ? Was told by EA support to post this here hopefully someone can guide me in the right direction on what’s going on or what to do..
