Apex legends abandon penalty
Can yall please get rid of this stupid thing? It sucks when your team abandons you and I'm waiting for nothing.

Yeah it's so ridiculous when you have a teammate who runs away from the fight then you're stuck watching him do nothing and basically troll.. I abandon those games and I will continue to abandon them, I don't want to play with these type of idiots.
Well I'm now barred for 30 minutes. If this issue persists, call of duty comes out in a few weeks so...see ya Apex
I hope it never gets removed.
It's a team based game if you get barred then it's on you, it's not like you have to wait long to leave the game it all 1min and 30 sec wait time.
You just need to wait until your grayed out.
Stop leaving your teammates to fight squads and team's by themselves.
Like I said They intentionally dont pick up the death box. If apex has option then they should implement it on a pre selected squad basis since the squad has been selected prior to the match and they know they should play as a team.
Some players are either kids or people who dont speak the same language as you, so working as a team is difficult In these situations.

/sigh just wait it out it's only 1-2 min, 1 min when knocked and 1 min when your death box time is going.
in that time frame use the bathroom or grab a drink about the time you get back you should be Grayed out.
Problem solved.
Seems like to me, you abandon your team as soon as your downed. Either way the abandon penalty should stay.
have fun on COD if you decide to do that.
- @RevenanT-G7 The people that leave their teams to fight by themselves are the ones we have to watch as they run around looting knowing playing the game scared. I shouldn’t be punished by having to watch this toddler run around a giant map scared to see anybody because they didn’t want to fight with me at any point during the game. It should get removed for the main fact if they are just gonna run around by themselves anyways it won’t effect them were as if I could just leave the game right away I could get back to the reason we play and that is to get kills and win games
Whole thread is a joke. I have had zero issues because I don’t bail on my team. Heck, I wait for placement no matter what. All you * need to play COD or something because your complaints are about a team battle royal and your bitching about ditching your team early? ROFL...look in the mirror for your time penalty problem and understand it’s in place because of players like YOU!
its god awful you think a 90 minute ban is worthy of leaving a game? please tell me how that makes sense no the timer continues up and up and never gets reset back down to 5 minutes or 10 minutes if it wasnt in the game on original release it doesnt need in it now. rage quitting has been a thing of video games ever since competitive gaming became a thing dont force people to be stuck in a terrible squad. watching some peoples aim when you were the unfortunate one thirsted is sometimes more harm then good if i would immediately leave cause nothing out of my mouth comes out good now because of this penalty ban it makes gameplay even more toxic being forced into a squad game with people who have no microphones or are in party chat and giving no sense of communication.
