Can yall please get rid of this stupid thing? It sucks when your team abandons you and I'm waiting for nothing.

It's a team based game if you get barred then it's on you, it's not like you have to wait long to leave the game it all 1min and 30 sec wait time.
You just need to wait until your grayed out.
Stop leaving your teammates to fight squads and team's by themselves.
@RevenanT-G7 The people that leave their teams to fight by themselves are the ones we have to watch as they run around looting knowing playing the game scared. I shouldn’t be punished by having to watch this toddler run around a giant map scared to see anybody because they didn’t want to fight with me at any point during the game. It should get removed for the main fact if they are just gonna run around by themselves anyways it won’t effect them were as if I could just leave the game right away I could get back to the reason we play and that is to get kills and win games
Whole thread is a joke. I have had zero issues because I don’t bail on my team. Heck, I wait for placement no matter what. All you * need to play COD or something because your complaints are about a team battle royal and your bitching about ditching your team early? ROFL...look in the mirror for your time penalty problem and understand it’s in place because of players like YOU!
I get why you say this. I realy like to get the RP and wait it out. But if you are with a team thats broken from the start why should i wait 15 minutes to the end of the game? Also I just got a penalty for 12 hours because i quit a game. Now i cant play the game for 12 hours. this is out of control. you cant ban people for 12 hours just because they quit a match. see my point? i want to stay for some teams and watch them kick * but when i need to go do something else i dont want to sit and watch for 10 minutes of stupidity.
Totaly agree. Some * picking up your banner and not even try to revive you...
- @Iverson43 Wait it out 1.5 minutes and you can leave with no penalty. Seriously stop complaining. Less then 2 minutes and you can leave with no penalty.
@DavidW74 i was solo que in rank and i started the game alone and i abonded the game . i get ban for that is this. and if u do again u get 5 min if u do 3rd ttime u get ten min
- @prodeer That’s rare that your dropping alone. Deal with it and play, hot drop perhaps...it’s a free game with point forgiveness if you simple play it through. Leaving is simple not allowed. Easy to understand. I had a game today, two of us, third dropped. We would get forgiveness but we continued on. We also won the match, platinum rank. Leaving is simply not allowed in rank, get it into your thick skull.
How are you supposed to ‘wait it out’ when there’s no Respawn beacons and you’re team have your banner. You can’t rejoin the game so why get punished for not wanting to waste your time watching others play a game that you can’t join back into.
simple answer. devs need to push timer on the YES button and disabled YES button in rank if the player tries to leave before 3 minutes. a player will not able to leave the match and he will never get an abandon penalty. ( Alt+F4 still in problem)

The reason for me looting is because I either have no weapon, Armor, enough ammo to go into a gun fight.
And yes I tell them either over the headset or Via ping that I have no weapon, Armor or ammo. Every single time they run off they die instantly every single time. Then Back out because they couldnt be bothered helping me find what I was looking for or didn't care enough that I needed supplies so we can go off into battle.
It's a team based game, I don't want to be looting the whole damn game how is it fun for me. Also I don't want to be the only one fighting whole team's and squads by my self either because one or both of my teammates ditch me because either they're a duo or a single player that doesn't care about playing as a team.
If you cared that much about winning you wouldn't leave your team.
On here your making it seem like you care enough so Respawn will remove the penalty but once they do you'll be back to leaving your team stranded once again for any < add excuse here > .
You just admitted that your self in your post. It takes all of 2 min to wait until you can leave without any penalty. 1min for being knocked and 1 min when your boxed.
I can't tell you how many time's I've been respawned in after being dead and came back and won the game or I've respawned [one or both ] my teammates back and came back and won. After not evening getting out of the first Ring yet. Just because your downed, or boxed doesn't mean you still can't win the game.
I say leave the penalty the way it is.
