Chaos Theory Heirloom Set

In the event it says "unlock the bangalore heirloom set for free'' Does this mean if I buy all the stuff from this event it will ONLY unlock Bangalore's heirloom. Or is it saying I will get the heir...

    @A_Fhaol_Bhig If you buy this event you yet the bang heirloom instantly. You will not get shards.
