@rockyboy1998 Gibby needs to be nerfed to the ground, the bleed-through is not enough.
either reduce the arm shield to 25 HP or increase the cooldown timer or decrease the fortified perk to 5 % instead of 15.
In my personal opinion, this Legend should not be in Ranked mode and I can not believe how stupid it is to keep him this much OP until now
