My 11500Balance!

I am a long-time EA fan and would like to address an urgent issue regarding my account ban, which I believe to be a misunderstanding. First, I have never used any cheating software while playing Apex Legends! After thorough investigation, I discovered that your anti-cheat system mistakenly flagged the *Firestone deck tracker plugin* (used for *Hearthstone*) as cheating software.  

Additionally, I found unauthorized activity on my account—hackers accessed it to play Apex on a Nintendo Switch, a platform I’ve never used. Although I worked with support to reset my email and password, the hackers remain unpunished while *my account was banned*. As a loyal player who recently purchased 11,500 Balance, I was devastated to be banned abruptly while practicing in the firing range.  

This situation is absurd: your anti-cheat system, much like the *Maginot Line*, fails to stop real threats but unfairly targets legitimate players. Even crazier? My second account was also banned without cause, and only after uninstalling Firestone did my third account work normally.  

I demand transparency: please provide the **scan data** from your anti-cheat system at the time of the ban. This wrongful, baseless suspension has pushed me to consider legal action if EA continues to penalize players for harmless plugins used in *other games*.  

I've invested significantly in EA recently and urgently request a review of my case. I hope to resolve this before the anniversary event ends so I can use my purchased Balance. Please reinstate my account and address this flaw in your system.
