My account was blocked by mistake
I don't know why I can't log in to my Apex account when start the game from steam. It said my account was banned. I didn't use any cheat or modify the game, and I didn't break the rules. Until now I still don't know why I am banned. Please help

If you have an EA ban, account or game-wise, I'd recommend visiting your My Ban History to view more info and dispute your active bans and suspensions from there. EA also aims to email you if they've applied for a ban or suspension. That email may share more information, too. Please check your email inbox for more details.
