yes, seems to be completely broken. I been in top 99th percentile all the way to the right, the last 30 games, and we have been instantly melted, every team we meet... so frustrating and unnecessary, because in mixtape matchmaking is fine.. I range between top and bottom there and always feel like I am matched correctly in a group of players approximately my level. It is always so fun playing mixtape, and extremely not fun playing BR because of this.
