"Well designed"
I have over 3000 hours playing apex including research probably 4000, loved and supported nearly everything until now but these changes move away the game from a deep, competitive environment with a high and rewarding skill ceiling and move it more into an arcade type of battle royal.
I stopped playing this game. Seer isn't well designed obviously, as well as other changes they introduced. Anybody who thinks that, never was or will be pred, play or win in tournaments or be at the top in competitive games like Counter strike, Valorant and Rainbow Six. Legal wallhacks, cancel ability, blinding ability, showing healthbar, huge range, incredibly easy to hit and a passive that basically paints a huge bubble around every team. If someone enters the bubble all 3 people have info on your whereabouts, health, shields, characters if youre isolated and good players will predict your next move. You could just show everyone on the map in the radius of his abilities at this point. Yeah. Good talk people.
He'd have to be reworked to fix it but they will just introduce more things like him. Very likely.
This is the start of going the same route as fortnite. Competitive scene will shrink, top players will leave and the low level players will enjoy it but will grow bored because depth has now been exchanged for fun and cheesiness. It will die slowly.
- @xXBomber-BfdXx Many players are saying, even me which is not that good in game lol. They have been trying to remove skill gap and make the game dumb for everyone. Weapon buffs n introducing Rampage, or Loba with her Black Market for ez access to loot n no worries about inventory/ammo management. Rampart with her Passive for LMGs which are easiest weapon to use, and then Seer.
They contacted multiple Pro players and had long conversation with them and with new head designer we might see some positive changes.
