Wrongly Bought

@Midnight9746 finally got into talk with them outside the email, but they cant provide me with refund because i bought it on Steam, they say Contact steam, steam says contact ea, now its weird, no one know where to go. and i said, maybe if you can change my 1k coins into $10 battlepass because i made a mistake buying 1k coins, now they say no to that also. i dont understand why tho? i didnt save up to 1k to ticket them into changing my 1k coins into 10$ battlepass but i bought the 1K coins with $10, its the same value, if not able to make a refund then maybe change in game things? but in one email they said, "we unfortunately have not way to change in game things" how is that true tho? if a mass bug happens and everyones coins or items gets deleted they can change it? and now all of a sudden "we have no way to change" thats absurd. thanks for your time. this is my last message. @EGTwx In your Steam purchases, does it give you the option to refund the coins?

If so, you should be able to request the refund there and it should take the equivalent amount of Apex Coins, (the 1,000), out of your Apex account.

Note: Be sure you're requesting through Steam, and not your bank, as doing a chargeback could get the account banned.

"Refunds are not currently supported for in-game purchases in Apex Legends. Check with the game publisher directly to see if they can provide you with a refund."

and EA says the same for steam
