Fui Hackeado! Por favor, me ajudem!

Minha conta foi hackeada.
Tenho o nickname de quem me hackeou e o email dele.
Já abiri um ticket no site da EA, mas ninguém me responde e não encotrei o chatbox para tentar conversar com alguém.
São mais de 3 mil horas de jogo em 4 anos.
Por favor, me ajudem!

    I have the nickname of whoever hacked me and his email.
