Боевой пропуск не улучшился

Battle pass did not improve, previously bought the battle pass improvement 'ultimate' through steam and it was immediately credited to the account. Later, another improvement 'ultimate+' was also purchased through steam, the funds were deducted and the pass did not improve. Restarting the game did not help, logging out and logging in to the profile also did not help, restarting the computer also did not help.
