High ping and latency despite normal FPS and ping in the game

Hello everyone. I have a strange problem with Apex Legends:when I launch the game ,the main menu shows  a very high ping. But  when  I enter the game  or go  to the  shooting range ,the FPS and ping  show  normal values. However , despite normal values ,the screen starts shaking ,the controls are very delayed ,and it becomes almost impossible to play –as if  have  a very high ping. I checked  the internet connection  ,and  everything seems stable , no problems. Has  anyone encountered  something similar? Any  ideas on how to fix this?
