Request for Account Unban – Apology and Clarification

Hello, Apex Legends Support Team.

Some time ago, I connected a third-party Amazon account with a subscription to receive free Twitch Drops skins. I now believe this might have been the reason my account was banned, although I never received a clear explanation at the time.

I understand this was a mistake on my part. I would like to kindly ask you to unban my APEX EA main Steam account. I am fine with it being completely empty – I just want the opportunity to play the game again from my main account. This happened a long time ago, and I was inexperienced and careless back then.
