Storm Point

When the map Storm Point appears in the rotation, Apex Legends crashes and gives me error 800001. When Storm Point leaves the map pool and Olympus replaces it, I can play normally again.

I have already tried all the solutions suggested on Reddit and by AI, but nothing has helped. As a result, every time Storm Point is in the map rotation, the game becomes unplayable for me for about an hour and a half.

Please help me resolve this issue.
