It seems (confirmed by some Youtubers, Streamers and other players, on for example Reddit) that the "Pack-Counter" doesn't work. This leads to people opening more than 500packs without getting the Heirloom they are promised. Is this issues known to the Devs, is it getting worked on already?

Du kannst auf dieser Webseite nachsehen, wieviele Packs du in etwa geöffnet hast und wie nah du an den 500 Packs dran bist.
