Banned for what?
I got banned for the reason "banned" I didnt do anything wrong like fr?!?. I was today playing with a pre and got kicked out so man times for the reason " anticheat something", and now I am banned. Not even a reason is known, I got no E-Mail with the reason or anything. And like for real if I had cheats I would have atleast one 4k or 20bomb, but I play since s4 1/2 and dont havy any of those like cmon.
Edit: I contacted the support and they said they bann is positive. Like they banned me for the right reason??
I have never Cheated or anything, they said they checked my account and that they have a valid reason to bann me? But wont send me the "reason" they got?!?!. I dont know what to do I just want my account back!!!

wir sind hierbei im deutschen Forum, also würde ich dich bitten auch in Deutsch zu schreiben, oder falls dir das lieber ist, den englischen Bereich des Forums zu nutzen.
Bezüglich deines Banns klingt das alles ziemlich seltsam. Du hättest auf jeden Fall eine E-Mail an deinen EA Account bekommen sollen.
Ich würde dir ansonsten noch raten mal unser Terms of Service Team direkt zu kontaktieren und deine Situation nochmal genauer zu erklären, damit eine Untersuchung eingeleitet werden kann.
