Suddenly high paket loss

Since the end of last season i began to randomly get hogh paket loss in games. Not a single Server in my list ahs paket loss though. And yes i am playing with Lan and this problem only occures in Apex. I already reinstalled it. When i change the server it just changes itself back after one game. i rstarted my router and deleted the assets folder. I really have no idea what to do here......
