Unable to connect to EA Servers (Code Anti-Cheat authentication timeout)

hello people,

I cant start the game for the last 3 days because i always get the anti cheat timeout.

I already tried to :

  • restart my router
  • reinstall the game
  • changing DNS 
  • checking for file corruption 
  • running everything as Admin and without Antivirus and Firewall

    solved

    • certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
    • certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst
    • del roots.sst

    i read these cmd commands in another thread and it worked
