Apex - Party Not Ready - BUG

EA team please fix this bug, 

Please also look into the session handling, I have notives that you are forcing NEWS to open right after connecting to the server/session

Open APEX/EA APP Launcher /Login -> connect to serves/session -> Pick Local Regional Server -> PLAY Page -> Y to ready up (looks normal) -> FORCES page swap to NEWS -> B Close NEWS -> == Player NOT Ready

Please review, this is the most frustrating bug, and really not fair to the community who has put $$ into this game well over normal levels ($300)
