We're in the same boat. there's a thread with over 100+ replies about our issue. It's not in their plan to fix it

  That particular issue seems quite frustrating. But it doesn’t seem to be the same as the one I’m experiencing.
  
  right now, after 5-10 minutes of gameplay, my Xbox one X shuts down completely. No warning. No errors.
  
  I then have to unplug/plug-in the power brick on my Xbox before I can even turn it back on.
