ban appeal

hi i would like to appeal to my ban in apex however i cannot contact TOS so i will write it here hoping someone from there will read this

Hello Apex, I sincerely do want to apologize for my disgusting actions toward the player during that time. I do deeply regret my actions and I do wish to atone for them, although I do understand if you do not want to accept such a request. I want to humbly ask if I can have permission to have access to play the game but I can still be permanently banned from voice chat and messaging. I deeply miss the gameplay of the game I loved so much even though I had very toxic behaviors back then. I've truly reflected on my despicable actions and hope that I can get a second chance to just play the game that I love even if I can't communicate with others, throughout the year of not being able to play I felt very guilty and pathetic for acting like that, I promise that something as horrible as that will never happen again. Also because I really miss my heirloom on Bangalore I love so much, I spent a lot of my money that I did not regret and wish to play with because of all the fun times I had using it.
