One of three crashes, only one output a file though. Don't know why.

Since the launch is happening the same, one month since the launch and this still happens, until I think it is worse now.
I entered my first game of season 1 and crashed by touching the floor without showing any error, the second game happened the same.
Before the patch was playing with 4 cores 6 cores I have, this to not have the game crashes. I have a month playing with 4 cores I thought it would be solved in this patch
Please solve this, you already have a lot of time going on.
