Do Not Unlink Your EA Account

IMPORTANT: Do NOT unlink your accounts! @GameAnnouncements

Do NOT unlink your account from your original EA account - this will remove all progress.

Have two different EA accounts? Do not try to unlink/relink a different Xbox/PSN account - this will remove all progress.

Xbox made you use an outlook account to sign up and you have a different EA account now? Do not unlink, your progress is on your old EA account with the outlook e-mail. You will lose all progress if you unlink.

Using the same EA account on all platforms: This allows cross-progress between platforms. Wait for the in-game prompt coming in the next days.

Wish I saw this sooner because I'm on ps5 but it wasn't linked to the same ea acount as my main pc acount so I just thought to unlink it and link it to my pc ea acount and now when I log in to apex , I can't go to any tabs other than clan and my resources and coins are on a constant load, but I can still play and have my level.

@E9ine_AC I’m having the same issue. I unlinked my console account from an old ea account to link it to my apex PC account. Now my Xbox account is flashing currency, I can’t access any tabs other than play and club and all of my banners have been defaulted with no skins, I don’t have access to any characters that were outside of the release 6… any fixes??

Same issue, the only thing that I didn’t lose was my stats and the badges that we’re equipped to my

So, I unlinked my Steam account from my PC EA account and linked it to my Xbox EA account so we the prompt rolled out the correct accounts would be merged, stupidly I didn't think about both accounts having two different emails. As explained I lost all my progress except for the club I was in and the currency area was flashy but stayed at zero. To be honest I don't really care about the PC progress I had I just wanna know if I can save my Xbox progress. I'm trying to see if all I have to do is wait for the cross progression prompt or if I need to contact support further, because it makes sense that I would not see my Xbox progress yet on my PC if the prompt hasn't rolled to me yet. And I also can't unlink my steam account yet until April 2024, so I'm definitely stuck in the mud...any suggestions?

so what am i supposed to do now i unlinked it a day before the new season to get it linked to my main account. does that mean im just supposed to say oops i guess thousands of dollars of cosmetics are gone because at the point where i did it i didnt know any better and communication from ea was horrible about the whole topic ?

@E9ine_AC So I have played since season 1 on my PS4. I have all of my cosmetics and what not on that account, which has always been connected to this EA account (schnipps15).

I recently bought an Xbox SX and logged into my old gamertag from 10+ years ago. At some point that account got linked to a separate EA account.

Last week I unlinked the Xbox account from its EA account, and linked it to the EA account (schnipps15) that is linked to my PS4.

When I load apex up on my PS4, I have all of my cosmetics and whatnot. However, when I log into apex on my Xbox, I am having the problem so many others have. I only have access to play and the club menu. I did notice that it attched my clan tag (from my PS4) to my Xbox.

Anyways, I have my PS4 account and now my Xbox account connected to the same EA Account, but the Xbox is screwed up. Am I screwed?

So then what's the resolution? Don't unlink the accounts, but then how are you going to let us get our stuff from our old account?

Yeah can EA let us know when the fix is coming. You can't even unlink the account again because of the grace period they require. If someone gets updates let me know

Same issue, this system is so flawed. Not even going to touch the game until it’s resolved.
