Error code 100

Recently moved to a new place and I am now unable to play Apex Legends. Currently playing on PS5 digital edition. I cannot sign into the game, constantly gives me error code 100 or I get and error saying it cannot connect to PlayStation Network. However all other online games run perfectly fine. My internet is sitting at a download speed of about 300 MBPS, have changed the DNS and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 respectively and exhausted all troubleshooting options I could find on the internet. Uninstalled and re-installed the game to no avail, even rebuilt the database on my PS5. This has been going on for days and EA support hasn’t been much help either.

  • REASPAWN PLS HELP

    It keeps giving me error code 100 or cannot connect to PlayStation Network pls fix ur servers or help walk me through this pls

  • It’s telling me to reset my password (which have done numerous times). But every time I do, nothing changes.

  • @Mone21413 I have noticed I find some success logging into the game if when I try logging in and the icon of the spinning wheel is present, to quickly open the settings and run an internet connection test. You shouldn’t finish the entire test but instead stop immediately after it says PlayStation login was successful and quickly go back to the apex loading screen. It will initially give an error saying you couldn’t connect to the PS servers but quickly hit retry 

  • I moved from South America to the Middle East, and it has been impossible to play, EA some help please.
