False Banned, my acc was hacked
So recently i think someone hacked my account today when i got on my acc was banned and i went to EA Help and desputed a case to see if i can get my acc back and hopely get an email back since i have heard they are really bad at that, but may GOD bne with me and helping me get my acc back. i have tried multiple times creating case i dont know if it worked if it says it like this is a open case or what, cause every time i try to send an email it does that fixed and cant resume
@SPOTTYPLAYZS1 Unfortunately hacked and banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums.
You would have to contact EA Support about the hack, as for the ban, it can only be looked into by the EA TOS Team.
