I got a ban but there is no info about it

The same thing happened to me. Apex subreddit has daily topics about Mixtape lobbies being full of bots, but sadly the mods delete them before people manage to read them and realise how big of an issue that is right now, because innocent players are banned due to things that are out of their control. I quote a mod as of why those posts are deleted: "Low-effort or low-quality posts hinder meaningful discussion from flourishing and will be removed at the moderators' discretion.". If you go to the Apex subreddit and filter by "Now" instead of "Today', I guarantee you that you will see at least one similar post every few hours. Here are some topics that were opened in the last 48h.
